The Role

As a Client Success Specialist
, you will guide clients through the entire branded merchandise journey from idea to delivery.

Once a client decides to move forward, you become their trusted partner. You lead them through timelines, artwork preparation, supplier coordination, production details, and delivery with a thoughtful, white‑glove approach.

You are the calm center of the project. The translator between vision and execution. The person who ensures both our clients and our suppliers succeed.

There are no sales quotas in this role. Your focus is execution excellence, client experience, and project success.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage client projects from kickoff to final delivery
  • Coordinate production with trusted supplier partners
  • Prepare and manipulate client artwork using Adobe Illustrator
  • Ensure brand standards, sizing, spacing, and technical specifications are correct
  • Create and manage sales orders and purchase orders
  • Communicate proactively with clients at every stage of production
  • Solve problems before they become problems
  • Maintain detailed administrative records and timelines
  • Support creative proposal development when needed
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and internal team members
Who You Are

You may come from hospitality, fashion, design, architecture, retail, or another client‑facing role where excellence matters. Some of our most successful hires have come from frontline service backgrounds.

You are:

  • Exceptionally detail‑oriented
  • Comfortable multitasking across multiple projects
  • Naturally positive and collaborative
  • Someone who sees what’s needed before being told
  • An out‑of‑the‑box thinker with strong aesthetic instincts
  • Technically curious and eager to learn

You might have a graphic design background. You might not. What matters most is your willingness to learn and your eye for quality.

You understand measurements. Scale. Spacing. Proportion. You appreciate when things are done properly.

Technical Skills & Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in a client‑facing or operations role
  • Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (asset manipulation, resizing, formatting logos)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment

Promotional products experience is an asset but not required. We provide hands‑on training and strong internal support.

Our Work Style

We primarily work in office in Richmond, BC, close to transit and major bus routes.

We offer flexibility based on how you work best. Some team members start later and work into the evening. What matters to us is not hours at a desk. What matters is:
