As the brand continues to grow globally, we are building a stronger storytelling engine across social platforms. We believe great social content should do more than promote products—it should educate, inspire trust, and create a meaningful connection with parents.
We are looking for a strategic and creative Social & Content Lead to own and elevate our social ecosystem across platforms.
This role blends:
- Campaign storytelling
- Freelancer coordination
- Performance awareness
You will not just “post content.”
You will help shape the visual and narrative language of our brands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and own monthly content calendars
- Translate seasonal campaigns into social-first storytelling
- Align social with ecommerce launches, retail events, and collaborations
- Define and refine content pillars
- Lead monthly content shoot planning
- Brief and direct freelancers (videographers, editors, photographers)
- Oversee asset selection and editing
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Approve final social assets before publishing
- Tik Tok (growth focus)
- Pinterest (brand awareness)
- Support for email + PDP video repurposing
- Guide community engagement tone
- Identify UGC opportunities
- Collaborate with influencer partnerships
- Surface meaningful conversations around motherhood, nostalgia, and childhood
- Collaborate with performance marketing on paid creative
- Identify high-performing formats and double down
- Monthly reporting to leadership
- 3–6+ years experience managing social for a fashion, lifestyle, or premium brand
- Strong visual eye and storytelling ability
- Comfortable directing shoots and briefing creatives
- Experience with short-form video trends (without being trend-chasing)
- Strong understanding of ecommerce and conversion-focused content
- Highly organized and editorially minded
