We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer & Videographer who lives at the intersection of visual storytelling, strategic communication, and modern video production
. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives—across static design, video, and motion graphics. This position is hybrid and requires regular on-site presence. Applicants must be based near the facility to meet in-office requirements.

You will play a critical role in shaping our brands’ visual identity and producing high-impact content that supports marketing, sales, and digital initiatives.

The right candidate is both conceptual and hands‑on
, equally comfortable behind the camera, in an editing suite, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

As part of our internal team, you will own and shape how our brands show up across digital, video, and motion experiences—translating strategy into visual storytelling that supports marketing, sales, and internal communications.

Are you passionate about this work?
  • Serve as a primary in‑house creative resource
    , owning visual and video execution across the organization
  • Design and produce on‑brand marketing assets including digital campaigns, presentations, sales enablement materials, social content, and internal communications
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high‑quality video content (brand stories, product videos, testimonials, executive messages, social‑first video)
  • Create motion graphics and animated video elements to elevate storytelling and engagement
  • Partner closely with marketing, content, sales, and leadership teams to ensure creative aligns with business objectives
  • Maintain and evolve brand standards
    , ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints (digital assets for website, sales collateral, social media channels, and digital advertisements)
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing speed, quality, and priorities
  • Act as a creative advisor, offering recommendations on visual direction, video formats, and emerging best practices

Salary Range: $80K – $95K

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in graphic design, videography, and video editing/animation
    , ideally in an in‑house or brand‑led environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, graphic design, video storytelling, and motion design
  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Video and motion tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or equivalent)
  • Solid experience with end‑to‑end video production
    , including lighting, audio, camera operation, and post‑production
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency, visual hierarchy, and communication design
