Construction Safety Officer (Lower Mainland)

We are expanding our safety team and actively hiring Construction Safety Officers (CSO/NCSO) to support multiple ongoing residential, commercial, and civil projects across the Lower Mainland. If you’re a safety-driven professional who thrives on-site and is committed to maintaining high safety standards, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce site safety programs and protocols
• Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and toolbox talks
• Support incident investigations and documentation
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors, trades, and project teams
• Ensure full compliance with Worksafe
  
  BC and site‑specific safety requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of CSO/NCSO experience
• Valid CSO or NCSO certification
• Occupational First Aid (Intermediate with Transportation Endorsement or Advanced First Aid) preferred
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong communication skills and a professional, safety‑first attitude
• Ability to assist with general site duties when required
• Weekly pay by direct deposit + emailed pay stubs
• Performance-based raises at the 11th and 61st shift
