Are you passionate about leading cutting-edge construction projects in a dynamic, mountain-town environment? Munter Design & Build, a leader in high-performance, energy-efficient homes, is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Fernie, BC.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You’ll work closely with our design and build teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure each project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage construction projects, from initial design consultation to final completion

Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to meet project goals

Oversee schedules, budgets, and materials procurement

Ensure compliance with local building codes and high-performance construction standards (Passive House, Net Zero, etc.)

Lead quality control efforts to ensure superior craftsmanship and energy efficiency

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively

Foster positive relationships with clients, team members, and trades

Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential construction project management (3+ years preferred)

Strong knowledge of high-performance building techniques (e.g., Passive House, Net Zero)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Proficient in project management software

Knowledge of British Columbia building codes and regulations

Valid driver’s license and ability to work in Fernie, BC
