Volvo Cars Richmond is currently looking to fill a position of a Lot Manager.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement policies for the lot
Supervise,train and evaluate subordinate employees
Issueand submit periodic lot reports to the higher management
Deviseand recommend ways to enhance the effectiveness of parking procedures to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Inspect the lot physically and ensure proper physical conditions are available for parking
Conduct minor maintenance of lot equipment
Promote and demonstrate high standards of customer service
Organize training sessions for development and grooming of the team
Assign duties to the lot employees and evaluate their performance
Overseethe cleanliness of the lot to facilitate smooth drive in and drive out
This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Be extremely organized
Beself-motivated
Abilityto work independently and as a team
Beable to work effectively against deadlines
Possessa valid British Columbia Driver’s License, ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission, and present a current copy of your driver’s abstract(ICBC driver’s record) for review
Abilityto operate assigned equipment
