Service Full-Time Richmond, BC $60,000–$75,000 per year

• 8-hour shifts
• Two days off each week, scheduled on a flexible basis

• Oversee inspections, repairs, and reconditioning of vehicles
• Manage inventory, vehicle status, parking, and key/plate control
• Handle customer complaints and serve as main point of contact for stakeholders
• Coordinate vendors, parts procurement, and repair cost management
• Prepare reports, analyze maintenance costs, and improve operational processes
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve excellence
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

• 2+ years of experience in automotive service management
• Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection, reconditioning, and repair processes
• Proven ability in inventory control, vendor coordination, and cost management
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
