This Root Processor Administrator (RPA) role is essential to our client’s operations, ensuring that document management and administrative workflows remain seamless during a period of exciting growth. Working as a Root Processor Administrator (RPA) within the business administration specialization at Randstad Professional means you are supported by recruiters who are experts in their fields. This Administrator position is based on-site at the Richmond facility, operating Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to accommodate transit).

Responsibilities
  • Verify, review, scan, and file high-priority documents electronically to ensure database integrity.
  • Track physical and digital files, ordering them according to specific company protocols for easy retrieval.
  • Maintain a steady workflow while communicating effectively with on-site team members and remote managers.
  • Provide regular status updates to the leadership team regarding document processing and filing backlogs.
  • Identify and notify team members of any discrepancies in documentation or sensitive data.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) administrative tasks as required by the regional supervisor.
  • Manage a mid-to-high volume of paperwork, particularly during peak seasons and global events.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, including the clean-desk policy and competitor product restrictions.
Qualifications Skills
  • Advanced organizational skills with a proven ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure zero errors during document verification and scanning.
  • Strong time management capabilities, allowing for the completion of tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with both local colleagues and remote supervisors.
  • Proficiency in electronic filing systems and basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Teams).
  • Adaptability to learn new internal systems (RPA tools) during the initial two-week shadowing period.
Requirements
  • Direct experience in an administrative role with a focus on filing, scanning, or document control.
  • Proven track record of managing high volumes of paperwork in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Richmond, BC, for the full duration of the 14-month assignment.
  • Commitment to professional conduct, including adherence to site‑specific safety and brand guidelines.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday (standard business hours).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certification is an asset.
