Senior Property Manager & Team Leader

We're looking for a proactive and collaborative Southside Team Leader & Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of 160 properties in Richlands as well as be a Team Leader to support 3 of our Property Managers. This is a maternity leave cover role, starting from the end of February 2026 and will cease in February 2027.

• Retention of management and letting rights for properties under management
• Ensure all staff are meeting or exceeding KPI's and service standards
• Maintaining strong relationships with Body Corporate Committees to safeguard Azure Living's management rights interests
• Oversee major decisions and ensure that team members implement their portfolio objectives and work plans
• Introduction to pre-settlement stage and communicate to owners throughout letting process
• Promptly attending to maintenance issues, coordinate and attend ratification
• Respond to owner and tenant requests as a priority

• Real Estate Registration certificate or Full Licence [Mandatory]
• 5 years Property Management experience [Mandatory]
• 5 years experience leading a team [Mandatory]
• Manage beautiful well-maintained terraces with a well known property developer
• Your supportive team consists of fellow Property Managers, onsite Team Leader, virtual assistants, Leasing Manager and Head of Department
