  • Develop, coach, and engage leaders and frontline teams, with a strong focus on capability, accountability, and performance.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders, including Sales, Supply Chain Planning, Customer Service, and Transport.
  • Own operational planning, budgeting, and performance outcomes, ensuring targets and service levels are consistently met or exceeded.

  • Drive best‑practice inventory accuracy, product availability, and labour coordination to support reliable service delivery.
  • Own customer escalations and lead service recovery in collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, Transport, and Supply Chain teams.

Commercial & Operational Performance

  • Own DC cost, labour, and productivity performance, ensuring budgets, throughput, and efficiency targets are achieved safely and sustainably.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable gains in service, safety, cost, and productivity.
  • Build a high‑performance operations team through strong leadership, clear accountability, coaching, and capability development.
  • Partner effectively with Sales, Supply Chain, Transport, and Customer Service to deliver end‑to‑end operational outcomes.
