In addition, JRT Mechanical has recently secured a significant project with an 18-month backlog. This project consists primarily of HVAC installation within an existing facility, providing stable, ongoing work and valuable installation experience.

This work is in addition to typical job duties which may include:
The Work:- Customers may include:
School districts, hotels, apartments, food processing plants, warehouses, factories, assisted living, logistics facilities, grocery stores, high-tech companies, restaurants, etc. - Work located in the Tri-Cities area, Walla Walla and Yakima.
- Projects are generally smaller in scope and size.
Duties include:
- Collaborate with customers, building owners, and facilities managers to identify system issues, operational challenges, and performance goals.
- Partner with JRT Sales Manager to develop accurate project estimates and service proposals.
- Present and sell preventative maintenance agreements to ensure long-term system reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Assess facility needs and coordinate comprehensive solutions for HVAC system improvements and repairs.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
- Mentor and train apprentices on proper HVAC techniques, safety procedures and best practices.
- Maintain detailed service documentation.
- Able to work independently out of a Service van.
- Tools are provided by JRT Mechanical.
- 1 year HVAC Experience.
- 06A License is highly desirable.
