• Provide reliable in‑store coverage when scheduled
• Assist during military community events such as Retiree Appreciation Days and Newcomers’ Meetings
• Support special projects, including inventory counts and store resets
• Deliver excellent customer service to active‑duty service members, veterans, and their families
• Represent Barber DME with integrity, compassion, and professionalism

• Dependable and adaptable with a strong sense of service
• Professional, personable, and customer‑focused
• Able to work independently with remote support
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in a DME or healthcare setting highly desirable

• Employment type:
  
  1099 contractor
• Flexible scheduling – assignments typically provided with 24 hours’ notice
• Competitive flat day rate for full store coverage
• Hourly rate for partial shifts and event support
