Description

Under the general direction of the ASC Director, the RN Manager ASC KC assumes accountability for the operational management and patient care management for the Ambulatory Surgery Center;
Remains responsible for coordination of care provided in all Perioperative Areas within the Surgery Center;
Exhibits behaviors that enhance professional performance and reflect the key moral commitment, ethical principles, values and philosophy of Kadlec;
Promotes staff productivity through a defined care delivery system, staff development and positive staff morale, which includes staff involvement in program development and facilitation of staff shared decision making on issues affecting their patient care practices;
Remains responsible for measuring the quality of care provided on the unit/service by integrating a quality assessment and improvement program.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

• Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution, or Bachelor’s Degree in progress. (If Bachelor’s Degree is in progress, Bachelor’s Degree to be completed within three years from date of hire into the position).

• upon hire:
Washington Registered Nurse License

• upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

• 2 years Recent experience in area of specialty.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year Supervisory experience.

• 2 years Practice management experience.

• Lean process improvement experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
