Registered Nurse (RN) – $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our community hospital is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a close-knit environment where collaboration, respect, and community matter.

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and standards
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and monitor outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Advocate for patient safety and comfort

Required:

• Active Washington State RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
• BLS certification

Preferred:

• Acute care or hospital nursing experience
• ACLS/PALS (depending on department)
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

• $20,000 sign-on bonus (details discussed during interview)
