Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Unit to join their team at a renowned medical center. This role is ideal for nurses at any experience level, including new graduates, who are eager to provide exceptional, patient-focused care in a collaborative and supportive environment. • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the acute care unit, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain open communication with patients, families, and team members to support a comfortable and informed care experience.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the hospital's mission of compassionate, whole-person care.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, required upon hire.
• 12 months or less of nursing experience in a hospital setting.

• National Certification in the area of specialty upon hire is preferred.

Location: Richland, Washington

Shifts Available: 36 hours per week, Variable Shift, 12-hour work schedule

Salary: $71,829 to $143,601

Benefits: Our client provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to support wellness, professional growth, and financial security for you and your family. Eligible candidates with hospital acute care experience may receive up to an $18,000 hiring bonus, with up to a $12,000 hiring bonus for those with less than 12 months of acute care experience. Relocation assistance is also available for ideal candidates.
