RN Clinical Coordinator

Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level? The Nursing Department at The Richland Hospital, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Night Shift Clinical Coordinator (1845–0715).

The Clinical Coordinator is a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) responsible for managing and coordinating patient care during an assigned shift. This leadership role involves:

• Overseeing patient placement and ensuring adequate staffing resources.
• Promoting safe, effective care delivery and stepping into a staff nurse role when needed.
• Serving as a liaison between hospital departments and services.
• Supporting staff development, problem-solving, and independent decision-making.
• Participating in quality improvement and professional development programs.
• Maintaining compliance with DNV, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current Wisconsin RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience.
• Completion of Emergency Department Competencies (ability to staff independently in ED).
• Certifications:
  
  Neonatal Resuscitation, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS or ENPC (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
