Overview
Associate Patient Services Specialist at Kadlec Regional Medical Center.
Under the general supervision of the Manager, Patient Access/Scheduling, performs patient registration and pre‑registration of scheduled accounts, verifies insurance coverage, benefits, and obtains pre‑certification, referral or authorizations as needed per insurance requirements. Participates in the collection of up‑front revenue due to the facility and provides quality customer service to internal and external customers.

PayRange
$20.18 – $31.32 per unit hour. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
