Respiratory Care Practitioner and Senior Respiratory Care Practitioner — Respiratory Therapy Unit — Kadlec Regional Medical Center, Richland, WA
Kadlec is offering a $20,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment. This is a combined posting for a Respiratory Care Practitioner and a Senior Respiratory Care Practitioner. The requirements of each role are listed below under each title. Respiratory Care Practitioner
Shift details: Full-time, 0.9 FTE (36 working hours per week), variable shift.
Salary: Min: $36.31, Max: $57.70
Required Qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy
- Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License is required upon hire
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association is required upon hire
- National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association is required within 90 days of hire
- National Provider PALS – American Heart Association is required within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited educational institution
- 1 year of Respiratory Care Practitioner experience in an acute care medical setting
Senior Respiratory Care Practitioner
Shift details: Full-time, 0.9 FTE (36 working hours per week), variable shift.
Salary: Min: $37.95, Max: $60.22
Required Qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy
- Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License is required upon hire
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association is required upon hire
- National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association is required within 90 days of hire
- National Provider PALS – American Heart Association is required within 90 days of hire
- 2 years of Respiratory Care Practitioner experience in an acute care medical setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited educational institution
- Recent NICU, adult CCU and open heart experience
