Nursing Assistant at Kadlec Regional Medical Center
The Nursing Assistant Registered performs assigned tasks and activities according to skill level and patient needs as assessed by the RN. Working with a preceptor and assuming increased responsibility during the residency, the Nursing Assistant Registered supports nursing personnel in providing nursing care to patients and assists with providing a safe, quiet, clean, organized environment using care delivery. Key functions and specific skills for this job are found in the unit specific onboarding checklist and in the Standards of Practice and competencies for nursing assistants.

The minimum and maximum wage rates for this position are posted. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Base pay range may be supplemented by shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
About The TeamLocated in sunny Tri-Cities, Washington, Kadlec is the largest non-profit healthcare provider in the region, offering primary and specialty care to patients in the Tri-Cities and surrounding region. Kadlec supports a growing open-heart surgery and interventional cardiology program, the region's only level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and a world-class all-digital outpatient imaging center, among other services.
