Registered Nurse - Surgical- Hospital

Hiring Bonus:

• $18,000 for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience.
• Up to $12,000 for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment.
• This is in addition to a fantastic benefits and compensation package.

Available Positions:

• 36 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts
• 24 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Experience:

• RN Resident: Newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
• Acute Care RN: At least 1 year of nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Certification in area of specialty.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care.
• Assist in surgical procedures and collaborate with the surgical team.
• Monitor patient status and provide appropriate interventions.
• Ensure a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.
