The current CBA going to Council on Feb 3 rd, anticipated pay increase for both positions.

• Must be a US citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Washington driver’s license (or ability to obtain)
• Extensive background, polygraph, physical and psychological exam
  • Additional requirements may be established by the Civil Service Commission
• Completion of Washington State Police Academy or equivalent
• 5 years of experience as a police officer
• Must be able to complete CJTC First Line Supervisor course within 12-months of hire

• Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice or related field
• 2 years experience as OIC, FTO, or other leadership position

• Any suspensions without pay within 3 years
• Suspensions without pay for 40 hours or more within 7 years
• Medical insurance paid at 100% for employee and 90% for family members
• Dental and vision paid at 100% for employee and family
• HRA Veba monthly contribution: $125/$250/$750
• 88 hours of holiday cashed-out annually plus time and a half on worked holidays
