CTG is seeking to fill a Project Scheduler Nuclear Projects II position for our client.
Location: Richland, WA
Duration: 12 months
OverviewJoin a dynamic team managing nuclear and engineering projects. You will develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules using Passport and Primavera, ensuring work is executed safely, on time, and within budget. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, accurate, and actionable schedules for outage, on‑line, and life‑cycle projects.
Key Responsibilities- Build, update, and maintain project schedules for complex nuclear projects.
- Support project managers with planning, resource loading, risk management, and critical path tracking.
- Resolve schedule conflicts, track progress, and manage project float.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and project teams.
- Contribute to long‑range planning and corrective action initiatives.
- Proficient with Passport and Primavera scheduling tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of project management principles, cost‑effective work execution, and human performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction management, business, or related field OR
- Associate degree + 2 years technical experience OR
- High School Diploma/GED + 4 years technical experience.
- Experience with complex, multi‑stakeholder projects preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $83.00 to $94.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
