Pro Sidian Seeks an Environmental Oversight and Compliance Coordinator [DOE
0112111] for Program Support on an Exempt W2:
No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford. This is a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.

We seek Environmental Oversight and Compliance Coordinator candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector experience to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Oversight And General Support Services Under Job Task Category 05 Assistant Manager for Safety, Environment, & Quality (AMSE/AMSQ)

Job Overview

Provide services and support as an Environmental Oversight and Compliance Coordinator in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) and DOE – Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Cincinnati, OH. Generally located in CONUS - Richland, Washington and across the Pacific Northwest Region.

Safety, environment, and quality services ensure compliance, protect workers, and advance Hanford’s cleanup mission success.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Environmental Oversight and Compliance Coordinator for General Support Services (GSS) at Hanford Field Office (HFO).
  • Support RCRA/CERCLA/NEPA compliance, monitoring, regulatory reporting. Provide services for AMSE/AMSQ functions and for various safety, environment, and quality disciplines.
  • Manage oversight of safety management programs, conduct analysis, support program development, and facilitate communication across Hanford site operations.
  • Work location:

    Pacific Northwest Region, CONUS - Richland, WA. Anticipated staffing: approximately 1 FTE on this engagement.

Qualifications:

Environmental Oversight and Compliance Coordinator (DOE

Education / Experience:

  • BS in Environmental Science or Engineering; HAZWOPER.
  • 5–10+ years environmental compliance/remediation experience.

Skills:

  • Program and project management support; regulatory interpretation; data QA/QC.
  • Compliance coordination with environmental regulatory frameworks.

Competencies:

  • Risk awareness and communication.

Ancillary Details:

  • Produce regulator-ready compliance packages.
  • Functional attributes include environmental compliance coordination and broad support responsibilities for Hanford Field Office (HFO) GSS; staffing may vary ±15%.
  • Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing;
    Security clearance requirements apply as needed; on-site work at Hanford facilities with potential remote support.
  • Government-Furnished Resources: office space, equipment, and software at HFO; work predominantly on-site with some remote support.
