Pro Sidian Seeks a Regulatory Decision Document Consultant [DOE
0086085] for Program Support on an Exempt W2:
No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Supports DOE EM Hanford in a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.
We seek Regulatory Decision Document Consultant candidates with Environmental Management sector experience to support engagements for DOE and other EM Sector clients. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) engagement under Job Task Category 04 Assistant Manager for River and Plateau (AMRP)
Functional Area
/ Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO). Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time Pro Sidian employed W-2 position.
- Regulatory compliance with RCRA/CERCLA/NEPA, sampling, reporting, regulator coordination.
- Provide services and support for AMRP Job Task #04.03, including project and contract management, project controls, regulatory compliance, engineering consulting, waste management, and groundwater remediation.
- Develop CERCLA documentation, engage in strategic and baseline planning, conduct site assessments, and facilitate communication across organizational levels.
- Produce regulator-ready compliance packages and support regulatory decision documentation and related governance activities.
The role focuses on regulatory interpretation, data QA/QC, and planning for waste site remediation to ensure regulatory adherence and successful project execution icipated involvement is approximately 0.5 FTE for this engagement.
Location:
Pacific Northwest Region, near CONUS Richland, Washington. Work site address (subject to change): 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, WA 99354.
Required/Desired
- 5–10+ years environmental compliance/remediation experience; DOE experience is helpful.
- BS in Environmental Science or Engineering; HAZWOPER certification.
- Experience supporting Oversight And General Support Services under AMRP with related functional areas.

Other Details / Ancillary
- Regulatory documentation/decision support; travel as approved; security clearances as required; on-site work at Hanford with some remote support as approved.
- Fieldwork with PPE required.
- Field office resources and on-site support provided; some tasks may be performed remotely with CO approval.
