SUMMARY
The Title I Elementary Teacher provides targeted instructional support to students who are at risk of not meeting grade-level academic standards, particularly in reading and mathematics. This role focuses on identifying academic needs, delivering supplemental interventions, and collaborating with classroom teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success in alignment with Title I federal program guidelines.

LANGUAGE SKILLS- Skilled in reading and interpreting educational literature, assessment data, and instructional plans.
- Effective communication with administrators, colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
- Proficient in writing clear reports, correspondence, and documentation of student progress.
- Ability to analyze and interpret academic performance data, including standardized test results and progress monitoring information.
- Mathematical reasoning application skills in instructional planning and problem‑solving.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt instruction based on student needs.
- Ability to interpret assessment data and modify interventions accordingly.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Demonstrated understanding of evidence‑based instructional strategies and academic interventions.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to establish effective relationships with students, staff, and families.
- Flexibility and initiative in working across various classrooms and instructional settings.
- Knowledge of Title I regulations and the ability to maintain compliance with documentation and program expectations.
