• Schedule: 24-hour in-house call shifts, paid hourly. Several shifts per month on a long-term ongoing basis. Current dates needed:
  March 21, 23;
  April 5, 8, 13, 16;
  May 13, 16, 22, 24, 27, 30;
  June 1, 2, 10, 15, 18, 19, 24, 27, 29;
  July 2, 7, 10, 11, 12, 15, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 29
• Job Setting: Hospital System - Level 2 Trauma Center
• Types of Cases: Busy, high acuity practice. Emergent cases through the Emergency Department including hysterectomy, ectopic pregnancy, D&C, ovarian cystectomy, hysteroscopy, IUD insertions, abscess, post hysterectomy complications, exploratory laparotomy. 5 midwives support MD providers on L&D. Approximately 25 patient encounters per shift
• Credentialing: 90 days

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
• Certifications: BLS required
• Licensure: WA State License, will consider IMLC
