Overview

Join a state-of-the-art facility as a full-time Electrophysiology Cardiologist at Kadlec clinic in Richland, Washington. Join a top-notch team that receives tremendous support from physician leaders. In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary group that is dedicated to serve a medically diverse patient population. This established team consists of 3 EP, 4 Interventionalists, 5 general cardiologists, APCs, support staff, as well as a TAVR and Heart Failure programs.

  • Full-time position;
    Monday - Friday schedule, including administrative time
  • Device clinic onsite
  • Solid onboarding and excellent mentorship
  • 3 EPs with one retiring at the end of 2026
  • 2 EP labs with a hybrid lab coming in 2027
  • 1:1 APC to EP
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
  • No experience required, new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must be board-certified/board-eligible
  • Compensation is between $536,121 and $844,013 per year
  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
