Hospitalist

Join a compassionate, highly collegial team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center as a full-time Hospitalist in Richland, Washington. In this role, you will collaborate with a stable group and work to serve a medically diverse patient population. Enjoy access to system-wide support and conduct meaningful work in Tri-Cities.

* Full-time position

* 7-on/7-off schedule

* 161, 12-hour shifts per year

* Teams consist of dedicated rounding and admitting shifts

* No night coverage required for daytime providers

* Closed ICU, no procedures required

* Intensivists/ER run codes and Hospitalists run rapid assessments

* Strong consultant support and dedicated hospitalist RN support

* Experience preferred but Internal Medicine new graduates are welcome to apply

* As a non-profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

* Access to professional student loan consultant

* Compensation is between $322,113 and $364,127 per year

* The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them

* Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement and sick leave

* No state income tax for Washington State
