• Full‑time position
• 7‑on/7‑off schedule
• 161, 12‑hour shifts per year
• Teams consist of dedicated rounding and admitting shifts
• No night coverage required for daytime providers
• Closed ICU, no procedures required
• Intensivists/ER run codes and Hospitalists run rapid assessments
• Strong consultant support and dedicated hospitalist RN support
• Experience preferred but Internal Medicine new graduates are welcome to apply
• As a non‑profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Access to professional student loan consultant
• Compensation is between $322,113 and $364,127 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them

• No state income tax for Washington State
