- Elicit and analyze business requirements, rules, and improvement opportunities for HR processes and systems
- Document HR business processes using standard tools such as business process diagrams and data models

- Develop business requirements for software solutions and serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical solution providers
- BS/BA and 7 years of relevant experience
-OR- MS/MA or higher and 5 years of relevant experience - Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience identifying business requirements and formulating solutions
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process modeling and design
- Understanding of policies, standards, and management systems
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with Oracle HCM and business intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI
- Proven track record in developing actionable long-term improvement strategies
- Familiarity with agile/scrum software development environments
- Knowledge of process management within research and operations
