Job DescriptionPro Sidian seeks Strategic Business Operations Consultants [DOE
0015014] for Program Support on an Exempt W2:
No Overtime Pay Basis, Contract Contingent, generally located across the CONUS – Richland, Washington. The engagement supports DOE EM Hanford in a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.
We seek Strategic Business Operations Consultants with relevant Environmental Management Sector experience (functional and technical area expertise preferred) to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This may be a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Acquisition, Contract and Subcontract Management; and Project Planning, Control and Management
Functional Area
/ Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO). Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time Pro Sidian employed W-2 Position.
Provide services and support as a Strategic Business Operations Consultant for General Support Services (GSS) at Hanford Field Office (HFO) focusing on Environmental Management Industry Sector and Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) and DOE – Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Cincinnati, OH. Locations generally include CONUS - Richland, Washington and the Pacific Northwest Region.
Acquisition and project management services streamline contracts, control risks, and drive efficient Hanford mission execution.
Responsibilities and Duties- Portfolio governance, data integration, KPI dashboards, stakeholder alignment.
- Provide acquisition planning, contract administration, subcontract management, personal property management, real property management, industrial relations, procurement counsel, and cost analysis.
- Project planning, cost estimating, scheduling, risk management, performance measurement, earned value management, and project direction support.
The role(s) are located in the Pacific Northwest Region near CONUS - Richland, Washington. Primary work site: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, Washington 99354.

- 8–12+ years in strategy/portfolio operations; DOE experience is advantageous.
- BA/BS; MBA/MPA or certifications preferred.
- Functional focus in Acquisition, Contract and Subcontract Management; and Project Planning, Control and Management.
- Skills:
program and project management support, acquisitions, KPI design, portfolio analytics, facilitation, BI tools.
Competencies include systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, adaptability; ancillary capabilities include developing enterprise dashboards linking cost, schedule, and risk; and strategy & business operations advisory.
- Place of Performance:
Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA, with on-site performance and some approved remote support. - Travel:
