Co‑Op Business:
Procurement (Temporary, Part‑Time) – 15–40 hours per week, 6 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday‑Thursday.

- Provide procurement and supply‑chain support per department desk guide.
- Assist with task‑order closeout activities to meet prime contract deadlines.
- Perform invoice data reviews to assess newly implemented oversight controls.
- Research and resolve invoice queries.
- Maintain SharePoint and Excel databases.
- Develop working knowledge of Asset Suite, Power
BI, BMS, and MS Excel. - Support audit activities.
- A U.S. citizen.
- At least 18 years old.
- Overall GPA ≥ 2.5 (4.0 scale).
- Currently enrolled full‑time at Washington State University Tri‑Cities, Columbia Basin College, or a local online program (sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate).
- Ability to work 15–40 hours per week, Monday‑Thursday, 6 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Actively enrolled in a full‑time degree program related to CPCCo’s cleanup mission.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team with attention to detail.
- Motivated, curious, and forward‑thinking.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Hourly rate $21.00–$28.00 plus a $4.93 health & welfare adder per the Service Contract Act. Benefits include casual‑dress work environment, 4–10‑hour schedule Monday‑Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
