OverviewAdvanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is hiring for a Records Management Administrator in Richland, WA. This position will support Navarro-ATL. Navarro-ATL is located in Richland, WA and operates, manages, and maintains the 222-S Laboratory Complex for the Department of Energy. Navarro-ATL members are Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (Oak Ridge, TN), and Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International (Gaithersburg, MD).

Job Responsibilities
Performs a variety of specialized administrative tasks in support of management and staff in Records Management. Performs a variety of tasks to include but not limited to: creating and/or updating spreadsheets, tracking and monitoring data, preparing reports and presentations, updating internal databases/web sites, maintaining electronic and/or hardcopy files, and processing records into the DOE approved records management system. Responds to inquiries from internal and external contacts regarding general business operations, policies and/or procedures.
Maintains sensitivity of confidential business or personal information.
- Ensure proper records capture by processing records into the DOE approved records management system.
- Act as the Records Management processing point of contact for field organizations, helping to ensure records capture processes are completed by assigned organizations.
- Semi-skilled level with little instruction on daily work, general instructions on new assignments.
- Researches, compiles data, and prepares reports.
- Interfaces with and coordinates activities between various departments and outside organizations.
- Communicates verbally and in writing with all employees.
- Refers matters to appropriate staff and/or management for further resolution and follows up as appropriate.
- Maintains confidentiality and uses tact, diplomacy, and practical knowledge in conducting daily work activities.
- Understand departmental and company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Understand and adhere to assigned Electronic Records Authorizations and associated processing guides for the processing of electronic records.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma and 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Working knowledge of commonly used computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to exercise and demonstrate good judgment within defined procedures and practices.
- Ability to select, adapt, and apply standard procedures for assigned tasks and known processes. Working knowledge in the use of related business systems and software.
- Experience with records and electronic records databases.
Grade 5: $49,688 - $62,663. The grade level offered to the selected candidate will be based on business needs and the candidate's education, training, and/or relevant experience.
