Overview
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Testing Proctor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and administering various tests in the Richfield Testing Center located on the Snow College – Richfield Campus. This position ensures strict adherence to testing protocols and procedures and may require specific proctor training. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality and excellent communication skills.

- Part-time position: 9 Months - Fall and Spring Semesters only (December break and summers off).
- Average 24 hours weekly.
- This shift is generally Monday–Thursday 4pm-9pm and Saturdays 11am-3pm. Hours are based on testing schedules and demands.
- Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration or testing procedures preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in proctoring or supervising tests is advantageous; strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with testing software and equipment is desirable; ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
- Proctor tests according to established guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure a secure testing environment and monitor test takers to prevent cheating or misconduct.
- Distribute, collect and organize test materials as per instructions provided.
- Verify and confirm the identity of test takers and ensure compliance with testing regulations.
- Address any technical issues that may arise during testing and report them promptly.
- Provide assistance and support to test takers as needed.
- Communicate effectively with test administrators, faculty and students regarding testing schedules and procedures.
Final date to receive applications and screening: Applications received by 11:59 PM on January 28, 2026, will be eligible for review by the hiring committee. Applications received after that date may not be reviewed by the hiring committee unless deemed appropriate by the college administration.
