Full Stack Developer

They need a Senior Full stack Developer 60% Frontend (react), 40% backend (java). Their team is made up of around 6 junior developers and 1 tech lead. This person will be the senior go‑to resource and the right‑hand person to the tech lead, helping to jump in when errors arise, conducting code reviews, developing high quality code, and providing clear communication on project status and challenges.

• Serve as the senior resource for the front‑end and back‑end development.
• Assist the tech lead with error resolution, code reviews, and project coordination.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality, maintainable code across the stack.
• Maintain effective communication on project progress and issues.

• React.js / front end development
• Java / Spring Boot backend development
• Code review and best‑practice implementation
• API design (REST, Graph
  
  QL)
• Microservices architecture
• Kafka message interfacing
• CI/CD processes

• Experience using GraphQL
• Team player with a proactive approach to technical challenges
• Expert‑level experience in full stack development

This is a contract position based out of Richfield, MN (hybrid workplace).

Pay range: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour.
