Audi Richfield is looking for motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team. • Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right vehicle
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features & benefits
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Follow up on internet leads and showroom traffic
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions

• Previous Sales Experience Preferred (automotive a Plus, Not Required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
