Fiorilli Construction, Inc., based in Richfield, OH, is hiring a Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager!

• Pay: Competitive salary, plus quarterly bonuses tied to company and individual performance
• Schedule: Full-time with four 8.5-hour days Monday-Thursday, plus a half-day every other Friday

From blueprint to final handover, you'll lead complex commercial projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets align seamlessly. Your role as our Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager spans planning, execution, and post-construction support - all while mentoring teams and driving accountability in a culture that values "owning it." You'll oversee project health through clearly defined KPIs (25%), managing production, scheduling, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

You'll establish the foundation for success by owning the launch process, cost controls, and vendor vetting (20%), making sure each job starts strong and stays efficient. Your sharp eye for data will support accurate reporting and forecasting (20%), as you track billing, profit projections, and performance metrics alongside leadership. On the ground, you'll take charge of scheduling, manpower, and site visits (15%), ensuring quality, safety, and team collaboration are never compromised.
