They are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong experience in building and maintaining monolithic applications. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, enhancing, and optimizing large-scale Java-based systems that are critical to our business operations. You’ll work across the full software development lifecycle—from design and implementation to deployment and support—while also helping modernize and stabilize our existing application stack.

  : 3+ years of professional Java development experience
• Senior Level
  : 5+ years of professional Java development experience
• Lead Level
  : 8+ years of professional Java development experience
• Hands-on experience with monolithic architecture
• Strong knowledge of Java 18 or higher
• Deep understanding of Spring Boot
  , Spring MVC
  , and related frameworks
• Experience working in AWS environments (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Cloud Watch)
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Familiarity with IDEs such as Eclipse and IntelliJ
• Experience with SWT (Standard Widget Toolkit) is a plus
• Familiarity with Apache Tomcat or similar application servers
• Ideally have experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf) to enhance coding efficiency and productivity;
  Git Hub Copilot preferred, but open to similar alternatives.
• Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level monolithic applications using Java 18+
• Build robust backend systems with Spring Boot and Spring MVC
• Work within an existing codebase to add features, resolve issues, and improve performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design and integration
• Deploy and manage applications in AWS cloud environments
• Write and optimize queries for PostgreSQL databases
• Use Eclipse and IntelliJ for development and debugging
• Build UI components using SWT for desktop interfaces (as needed)
• Manage application servers, ideally with Apache Tomcat
• Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and documentation
