Salary: $35 - $50 per hour

An established Building Automation and Integration firm in the DFW area is looking for an experienced Controls Service Technician to join our growing service team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, programming controllers, and ensuring our clients’ facilities run smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do- Perform service, diagnostics, and repair of Building Automation and HVAC control systems
- Troubleshoot DDC panels, communication networks, and control sequences
- Modify or create control programs using Tridium Niagara, ABB, Distech, Honeywell, and Johnson FX platforms
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to support ongoing construction and retrofit projects
- Handle emergency service calls and preventive maintenance with professionalism and technical precision
- Minimum 2 years of experience servicing or programming DDC/BAS systems
- Proficiency in ladder-logic or similar programming environments
- Experience with any of the following platforms: ABB (Cylon), Distech, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls
- Tridium Niagara (AX/N4) certification preferred
