** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, employees, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

+ Control access at entry points by verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials as directed, managing visitor and contractor logs, and directing traffic flow to approved areas.

+ Monitor access control systems, cameras, and alarm or panel notifications; report irregular activity and/or maintenance issues through the established chain of communication.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and coordinating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, checking doors, gates, and common areas for unusual conditions and reporting findings per post orders.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
