Security Officer - Access Control Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Control access at entry points by verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials as directed, managing visitor and contractor logs, and directing traffic flow to approved areas;
Monitor access control systems, cameras, and alarm or panel notifications; report irregular activity and/or maintenance issues through the established chain of communication;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and coordinating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, checking doors, gates, and common areas for unusual conditions and reporting findings per post orders
