Security Officer - Flex Patrol Officer

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, staff, vendors, and visitors following site-specific post orders, access procedures, and emergency response activities as directed;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, loading and delivery areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and intercoms, and verify credentials, deliveries, and work orders in accordance with property procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken;
Complete required reports and logs, including patrol activity, incident reports, and daily pass-down information, and communicate notable conditions to site management and Allied Universal leadership
