Security Officer - Site Patrol

Allied Universal - Up to $19.50/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns, then report findings per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating disputes and/or assisting staff with access control concerns;
Monitor entry points and public areas, help verify authorized access where required, and assist with visitor direction and/or queue management while maintaining professionalism and respect for patient privacy;
Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate pertinent information to site leadership, public responders, and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed
