Roofing Sales Consultant

We are seeking a hardworking and coachable Roofing Sales Consultant to join our growing roofing company. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base, guiding homeowners through the roofing process, and helping projects move smoothly from first contact to contract.

This position is ideal for someone who is self-disciplined, comfortable in a commission-based environment, and motivated to learn and grow within the roofing industry.

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and community outreach
• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Prepare clear, accurate, and competitive proposals
• Communicate scope of work, timelines, and expectations professionally
• Build and maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after the sale
• Track leads, follow ups, and customer interactions using CRM software
• Stay informed on roofing products, industry trends, and local market conditions
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  
  Participate in training sessions and occasional industry events
• Coordinate projects from contract execution to successful closeout

• Sales experience required; roofing or construction experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Self motivated with strong time management and organization
• Comfortable working independently in a commission-only role
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
