Job Description:As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in acquiring new clients over the phone and managing your client base each month. While some knowledge in the collections industry is preferred, it’s not a requirement, and this role does not involve collecting money.
Key Responsibilities:- Source promising sales opportunities from various channels, including inbound leads, follow-ups, and persuasive outbound calls and emails.
- Gain an in‑depth understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and successful closure.
- Achieve sales targets on a quarterly basis.
- Conduct thorough research on accounts, identify key decision‑makers, and generate interest.
- Cultivate and expand your prospect database within your assigned territory.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline and consistently seal the deal.
- Deliver persuasive pitches about our services to prospects over the phone.
- A proven track record in inside sales, showcasing your ability to consistently exceed quotas.
- Exceptional phone skills and experience making a high volume of calls daily.
- Proficiency in productivity tools.
- CRM experience (though not mandatory).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
- Industry experience in commercial collections is a plus, though not a prerequisite.
