This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in Building Automation Systems, HVAC controls, and technical sales while working alongside an experienced team.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach, research, and market engagement
• Support Outside Sales Representatives with presentations, client meetings, and sales activities
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Assist with estimating, proposals, and bid coordination for building automation projects
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and contribute to year-over-year account growth
• Stay informed on industry trends and project opportunities

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn building automation and HVAC systems
• Sales, construction, or BAS experience preferred

• Base salary plus commission
