What you’ll do as a Territory Sales Trainee:
- Meet directly with customers to explain smart home ecosystems, security integration, and automated connectivity options.
- Build trust and rapport through professional, customer-first conversations that highlight safety, convenience, and modern technology.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand specific household needs and recommend tailored automation and security packages.
- Follow company-provided leads and qualification guidelines to ensure efficient and productive customer interactions.
- Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals through solution-based selling, smart-tech upgrades, and bundled service offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to share strategies, improve performance, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed on the latest smart device updates, app integrations, and hardware enhancements to confidently educate homeowners.
What We Are Looking For in a Territory Sales Trainee:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
- Experience in home security, telecommunications, consumer electronics, account management, or consultative sales is a plus (but not required as we train the right people).
- Reliable transportation and the ability to meet with homeowners is a must
