Overview

Outside Sales Representative - Flooring Solutions at Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. This role focuses on generating profitable business within the Flooring Solutions equipment range, developing the assigned territory, implementing sales plans to grow the business, maintaining the current customer base, and helping to build the national Sunbelt branding identity.

• Generate profitable business from the Flooring Solutions equipment range.
• Develop the assigned territory and implement sales plans to grow the business.
• Maintain and expand the current customer base.
• Collaborate to build the national branding identity for Sunbelt.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in equipment rental or concrete surface prep and polishing industry.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience.
• Solution-selling approach.
• Technical background with the ability to learn engineering concepts.
• Project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
• Safety is a key aspect of the role.

• Base Pay Range: $40,000.
• Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan.
• Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including position, location, education, training, and/or experience.
