We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoys connecting with people. You’ll be the first and last impression our guests have — ensuring every checkout is efficient, accurate, and leaves them with a smile.

• Greet every guest with warmth and genuine hospitality.
• Operate the register and handle all transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with questions, bagging, and locating products.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and follow all sanitation standards.
• Process returns and exchanges with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store flow and exceptional service.
• Follow cash-handling policies and ensure register accuracy at all times.
• Represent the Sara’s brand with pride, passion, and professionalism.

• Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred (grocery or retail experience a plus).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude.
• Comfortable handling cash and learning point-of-sale systems.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule availability (weekends and holidays as needed).
