Guest Service Representative at Pappy’s Pet Lodge Group, LLC.

$15.00/hr – $15.00/hr

• Full‑time hours (35–40 hours per week)
• Shift: 6:45 am – 7 pm daily, weekends and holidays required
• Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable with pets and dogs of all sizes
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email)
• Responsibilities: checking pets in and out for lodging, daycare, and grooming; professional and friendly communication with customers and veterinarians via phone, in person, and email; making reservations; working in kennel when needed; caring for pets—cleaning, walking, feeding, and interacting; managing dogs of all temperaments and performing dog baths
• Personality: upbeat, go‑getter, organized, strong multitasker, works well individually or in a team, reliable
